■Features

QSV DLC-M is an ultrasonic sound velocity meter that can be linked with Mitutoyo calipers. Ultrasonic sound velocity measurement requires inputting the accurate thickness of the inspection point into the sonic velocity meter, but with the QSV DLC-M it is possible to transfer the thickness measured with a caliper, eliminating the need for manual input each time. The basic functions are also excellent, and in addition to the sound velocity measurement range of 100 to 19,999 m/s, it is equipped with an alarm mode, a V-path error correction function, and a 5000 data logger. Furthermore, the sensitivity can be adjusted in 99 steps and the pulse voltage can be adjusted from 20 to 210V, making it possible to reliably measure sound speeds in highly attenuated materials that are difficult to measure, such as thick cast iron. QSV DLC-M is an innovative sound velocity meter that can be linked with calipers to measure the sound velocity of a wide range of materials.
