■Features
The HPX DL+ is Dakota's most powerful ultrasonic thickness gage developed for high-attenuation materials. It can measure the thickness of glass fiber/carbon fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP/CFRP), rubber, high density polyethylene (HDPE), cast metal, etc. It also supports thickness measurement of composite materials thicker than 100mm.
Powerful tone bursts and high voltage pulses transmit ultrasonic waves with an order of magnitude more penetrating power than typical ultrasonic thickness gauges, and a filter optimized for measuring high-attenuation materials ensures bottom echoes. will receive it.
In addition to various functions such as A/B scope display, 3 independent gates, scan mode (high-speed sampling & minimum value/maximum value hold function), there is also a GAIN (TDG) SLOPE function that compensates for sensitivity loss based on propagation time. It has been installed. Built-in 4GB data logger, measurement data can be easily transferred and displayed on a PC using the included USB cable. It also supports power supply from a mobile battery or computer's USB connector.
