■Features
PVX is a flagship model of ultrasonic thickness gauge for precision inspection of thin materials with a resolution of 0.001mm, which can measure materials from 0.15mm thin to 9m thick. It has been reborn as Ver. 2, with the same external appearance and new internal hardware, greatly improving measurement accuracy, range, and processing speed.
In addition to various functions such as A/B scope display, 3 independent gates, scan mode (high-speed sampling & minimum value/maximum value hold function), a new function GAIN (TDG) that compensates for sensitivity loss based on propagation time Also equipped with SLOPE, pulse voltage and damping adjustment functions.
It has a built-in 4GB data logger, and measurement data can be easily transferred and displayed on a PC using the included software. Furthermore, it also supports power supply from a mobile battery or computer's USB connector.
■Two types: a color model equipped with an organic EL display (OLED) and a monochrome display
The lineup includes two types: a color model with excellent visibility and a monochrome model that is easy to see even in direct sunlight and has excellent battery life.
■Compatible with pen-type transducers that are ideal for measuring R sections of press-formed products and small-diameter piping/tubing.
