■Features
The PZX-7 series is an ultrasonic thickness gauge for precision inspection with a resolution of 0.001mm that can measure objects as thin as 0.15mm. Newly designed signal processing technology has achieved overwhelmingly higher accuracy and measurement range than the previous model, the PX-7 series.
In addition to 1-point/2-point calibration, scan mode, alarm mode, differential thickness measurement (differential) mode, it is equipped with a variety of functions such as sensitivity adjustment, sound velocity measurement mode, and USB power supply function. Furthermore, it is equipped with a pulse echo mode that supports a measurement range of 2 mm to 900 mm, making it possible to precisely measure the thickness of not only thin materials but also thick materials.

Measurement is possible from thickness 0.15mm. Accurately measure slight thickness differences.
*19.00mm to 198.99mm is 0.01mm, 199mm or more is 0.1mm resolution
■Amazing measurement range of 0.15mm to 900mm
Compatible with not only delay line probes but also contact probes. It has an amazing measurement range of 0.15mm to 900mm, and can handle both thin and thick materials with one device.
■Backlight adjustable to 3 levels
Equipped with a backlight that allows measurements even in the dark, and can be adjusted to 3 levels: low, medium, and high.
■Alarm mode
If the thickness is measured outside the set range, the abnormality will be notified with an LED and sound.
