■FeaturesCMX is an innovative ultrasonic thickness gauge that can measure not only the thickness of the base material (substrate) but also the film thickness at the same time. It has been reborn as Ver. 2, with the same external appearance and new internal hardware, greatly improving measurement accuracy, range, and processing speed.

In addition to the conventional B scope display, 5-level sensitivity adjustment, automatic zero point adjustment, temperature compensation, scan mode (high-speed sampling & minimum value/maximum value hold function), amazing measurement from 0.63 mm to 1,000 mm. Added range, TDG (Time-Dependent Gain) technology, and USB power capability.
