■Features
The ZX-6 series is an ultrasonic thickness gauge equipped with an echo-echo mode that allows you to measure the thickness of the base material without removing the paint. In addition to the pulse-echo measurement range of 0.63mm to 1,000mm, the echo echo also has an amazing measurement range of 2.5mm to 50mm.
All ZX-5 functions such as scan mode, sensitivity adjustment function, alarm mode, USB power supply function, etc. are built-in, and as a high-grade model of the ZX series, it is equipped with excellent performance and a variety of functions.

■5-level sensitivity adjustment function
By increasing the sensitivity when measuring thick or highly attenuated materials, and decreasing the sensitivity when measuring noisy materials, the correct bottom echo can be detected. *Echo/Echo mode has 3 levels of sensitivity adjustment.
■Measure more accurate thickness
Equipped with V-path error correction and 1-point/2-point calibration functions to achieve accurate thickness measurement. By selecting the transducer diameter, you can correct V-path errors and increase measurement accuracy.
■High performance probe
For general corrosion measurement (5MHz), for thick material measurement (3.5MHz), for thin material measurement (7.5MHz), and for high temperature probes (up to 340℃)
■Difference thickness measurement mode
Displays the difference from the thickness entered as the standard.
■Remote control
By sending commands to the thickness gauge from an external device, you can change the settings of the thickness gauge and obtain measured values.
