■Features
ZX-3 / ZX-5 / ZX-5DL are general-purpose ultrasonic thickness gauge models that have excellent basic performance and a variety of functions. In addition to an amazing measurement range of 0.63mm to 1,000mm, it is equipped with an automatic zero point adjustment function, 1-point/2-point calibration function, and 5-step sensitivity adjustment function. Scan mode performs 100 fast scans per second (typically 10 scans/second) and displays the minimum thickness when the transducer is released.

■5-level sensitivity adjustment function
By increasing the sensitivity when measuring thick or highly attenuated materials, and decreasing the sensitivity when measuring noisy materials, the correct bottom echo can be detected.
■Measure more accurate thickness
Equipped with V-path error correction and 1-point/2-point calibration functions to achieve accurate thickness measurement. By selecting the transducer diameter, you can correct V-path errors and increase measurement accuracy.
■Backlight adjustable to 3 levels
Equipped with a backlight that allows measurements even in the dark, and can be adjusted to 3 levels: low, medium, and high.
■Screen updates 10 times per second, and ultra-high speed measurement of 100 times/second in scan mode
Don't overlook localized thinning or corrosion. In scan mode, the lightest value will be displayed after the measurement is completed.
■High performance probe
For general corrosion measurement (5MHz), for thick object measurement (2.25MHz), for thin object measurement (7.5MHz, 10MHz), and for high temperature probes (~340℃)
