About This Product

This is a Chemirumi imaging device equipped with a new generation cooled CMOS camera. Ideal for chemiluminescence photography such as Western blot, and with the addition of an optional light source, it is also possible to photograph fluorescently stained gels and dye-stained gels.

"WSE-6170 LuminoGraph I CMOS" is equipped with a new generation cooled CMOS camera, allowing anyone to easily perform Chemiluminography photography (AutoExpo function and marker image automatic merging function). Using the high-sensitivity Ultra mode, high-sensitivity detection approaching that of higher-end models is also possible.

■Product overviewThis is a new generation Chemiluminescence imaging device that is suitable for a variety of applications such as Western blot, fluorescent gel imaging, and CBB staining gel imaging. Cooled cameras that reduce noise during long exposures are widely used, but high-performance CMOS type cameras are rare and their use is still not common.

To address these issues, ATTO has developed a highly sensitive cooled CMOS camera using proprietary technology. The new "LuminoGraph I CMOS" provides advanced applications that meet a variety of research needs.

・The high-sensitivity cooled CMOS camera can photograph chemiluminescent samples with high sensitivity.
- By using the sensitivity gain "HQ" → "STD" → "HIGH" → "ULTRA", you can increase the detection sensitivity without losing resolution.
