About This Product

■Low power consumption comparator

The HT93111/HT93121/HT93112/HT93122 family of low power comparators offers the benefits of low power consumption, low offset voltage, and low offset drift. HT93111/HT93121 are available in single channel and HT93112/HT93122 are available in dual channel. It has low propagation delay and excellent PSRR and CMRR characteristics. These devices also offer full rail-to-rail input and output operation. These devices operate with a single supply voltage as low as 1.4V and a supply current as low as 0.8μA/comparator (typical). The HT93111/HT93112 family of comparators have push-pull outputs, support rail-to-rail output swing, and interface with TTL/CMOS logic. However, the HT93121/HT93122 family of comparators have open-drain outputs that can be used as level shifters up to 6V using a pull-up resistor. These comparators feature a single wide range supply voltage, low power consumption features, and low offset voltage, making them suitable for use in a wide range of applications. The small package also makes it suitable for portable and space-constrained applications.
