About This Product

■NFC reader touch flash MCU

BS65F2042 is a flash memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller with fully integrated touch keys and NFC reader functionality. All touch key functionality is internal, so no external components are required. This device has all the features to provide designers with a reliable and easy means to implement touch keys within their product applications. Regarding memory functionality, flash memory provides users with the convenience of multiprogramming capabilities. Other memory includes a RAM data memory area and a true EEPROM memory area for storing non-volatile data such as serial numbers, calibration data, etc. Analog functionality includes software-controlled LCD functionality. Multiple highly flexible timer modules provide timing, pulse generation, and PWM generation functions. External communication is achieved through fully integrated UART or I2C interface functionality. These are two common interfaces that provide designers with an easy means of communicating with external peripheral hardware. Protection features such as an internal watchdog timer, low-voltage reset, and low-voltage detector, combined with excellent noise immunity and ESD protection, maintain reliable operation even in harsh electrical environments. A complete selection of external low, internal high, and low oscillators is provided, including two fully integrated system oscillators that require no external components for implementation. The ability to dynamically operate and switch between different operating modes using different clock sources allows users to optimize microcontroller operation and minimize power consumption. This device includes a 13.56MHz multi-standard NFC reader. This NFC reader supports ISO/IEC14443A, ISO/IEC14443B, and Crypto_M modes. The internal transmitter can drive the reader antenna to communicate with ISO/IEC14443A, ISO/IEC1444B, Crypto_M cards and transponders without the need for additional active circuitry.
