■Transmission chain
Uses sprockets specified in JIS planning and is used for a variety of applications in a wide range of fields. We can make proposals to suit your usage environment and application, including standard types, wear-resistant, environment-resistant, wear-resistant clean, quiet, and special-purpose series.
■Features
Demonstrates excellent power even under harsh conditions. The wear-resistant series includes two maintenance-free types, ``Sealed Chain'' and ``Sintered Push Chain,'' which are intended for use under a wide range of conditions, such as locations where lubrication maintenance is not possible. It can be used under a wide range of conditions, from low speed to high speed, and from low load to high load.
Fit Seal Chain has been commercialized based on the JIS standard roller chain reference dimensions, in order to eliminate the need to manufacture a special guide rail and double-row sprocket when using a regular seal chain. Ideal for use in clean environments due to the long life of currently used JIS standard roller chains or chains with attachments and the sealing effect.
■Other features
・Excellent silent effect. (In our experiments, 3db reduction compared to standard roller chain)
・Due to its structure, bending is a little stiff. (The frictional force generated between the pin and bushing when a load is applied to the chain is greater, so the power loss due to stiff bends can be ignored.)
■Precautions for use
Seal chains are not recommended in environments that attack nitrile rubber. Atmospheres that attack nitrile rubber generally refer to atmospheres where the following chemicals are used.
- Wear resistance performance is equivalent to standard sealed chain LX.
・Chain cleaning to prevent oil scattering and chain plating + cleaning can also be specified.
