About This Product
It is a switch durability test machine that allows up to 10 million times/seconds to be tested. Automatic abnormalities are detected by short -circuit / disconnected detection function and automatically stops.
■ Features
・ If the object subject is ON/OFF or conduction, it will be automatically detected and stopped if a contact or an abnormality occurs during the test.
・ The test speed is possible digitally by repeated operation of up to 10 times/second.
・ Even during the test, it is possible to resume the test from the pause and the test from the pause, so it is easy to reconnect the setting even if you discover abnormalities such as positional displacement in the middle.
・ The jig has a damper structure, and the load is adjusted to the work during the test.
-The amount (tension amount) into the work can be easily adjusted by the height adjustment mechanism of the installed table.

・ The pressure on the test can be adjusted by replacing the damper jig.

・ There is an anomalous detection function such as fixing and damage of the contact, and it is possible to stop automatically if you detect more than the above.
・ It is possible to automatically stop with the work breakdown (limited to conductive work).
