■What is SOWA-B・N?
This is a high-performance FRP product created by combining glass fiber and thermosetting resin. ・Excellent electrical insulation and heat insulation properties.
- Has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance that can withstand harsh usage environments.
・The specific gravity is about 1/4 that of iron, so it is very lightweight.
- Surface resin coating allows smooth tightening work.
■Breaking load (not guaranteed value)
Breaking torque varies greatly depending on conditions such as the material to be fastened and surface treatment.
・Tensile test Testing machine: Shimadzu Autograph
・Test conditions: normal temperature (10T)
・The tensile breaking load data is the average value of actually measured values.
- Torque breaking load is a calculated value.
-The recommended torque should be 50 to 70% of the breaking load.
4.9Nm - 50kgf・cm Tightening rotation guide Approximately 4/5 turns after hand tightening will result in 50kgf・cm.
・Be sure to correct the twist in the U-bolt when tightening by hand.
・Although there are variations in the tightening rotation method, it is approximately 50kgf・cm within 1/2 to 1 rotation.
