・Curing conditions: 150℃/1 hour
・Viscosity (after mixing): 5,000-7,500cP
・Pot life (23℃): 24 hours
・Storage conditions: room temperature
・Quality guarantee period: 1 year

・Tensile shear strength: 146kgf/cm2
・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 80℃ or higher
・Linear expansion coefficient: 84ppm below Tg, 108ppm above Tg
・Shore D hardness: 80
・Volume resistivity: 2×10^13Ω・cm or more
・Thermal conductivity: 0.9W/mK
