NB7500 is a two-component conductive adhesive developed for small parts and pin transfer. This adhesive has excellent dispensing properties and is less likely to cause problems due to stringing or dripping.

・Liquid: 2 liquid
・Mixing ratio (weight ratio): 1:1
・Curing conditions: 150℃/1 hour
・Viscosity (after mixing): 1,500-2,500cP
・Pot life: 12 hours
・Storage conditions: room temperature
・Quality guarantee period: 1 year
■Properties after curing
・Die shear strength: 10kg or more
・Tensile shear strength: 127kgf/cm2
・Glass transition temperature (Tg): 80℃ or higher
・Linear expansion coefficient: 45ppm below Tg, 111ppm above Tg
・Volume resistivity: 5×10^-4Ω・cm or less
・Thermal conductivity: 3W/mK
