About This Product

■Product overview

A heat-resistant and load-resistant lubricant containing special fine-particle metal powder. Prevents threads from seizing and sticking in high-temperature areas, and prevents rust and corrosion, making disassembly easier, helping to shorten work time and save on replacement parts.

■Features

Prevents screws from sticking even after long-term use in high-temperature areas. It has excellent corrosion and rust prevention effects, and is effective even in adverse atmospheres such as high temperatures, steam, chemicals, and corrosive gases. It has excellent load resistance, so it prevents seizures when tightening screws. It is soft and has excellent adhesion properties, so it is extremely easy to work with.

■Applications

Tightening bolts for threaded parts of high-temperature areas, heating furnaces, drying furnaces, boilers, exhaust pipes, etc. Threaded parts under adverse conditions such as steam, chemicals, corrosive gases, and humidity. Lubricating low-speed sliding parts such as thermopipe sliding parts at temperatures over 400℃. Prevents spatter from adhering to the torch nozzle. Prevents seizure of joints of rock drill drills.
