About This Product

■Product overview

A lubricant made by blending mineral oil with a high concentration of molybdenum disulfide and graphite, and making it into a paste with special calcium soap. It forms a film on sliding surfaces and is used as a galling and wear preventive agent.

■Features

It has excellent heat resistance and prevents screws from sticking even after long periods of use, from high to low temperatures (-30°C to 300°C). Smooth initial familiarization of rotating and sliding parts when assembling various machines. Since we use a special composite soap, there is minimal drying time when using on high temperature sliding areas. It also has excellent rust prevention performance.

■Applications

Lubrication for high-temperature sliding parts, low speeds, and high loads. Prevents galling such as press-fit shrink fitting of screws, bolts, pins, bearings, etc. Prevents burning of tomo gold and special steel, high temperature screws, pins, etc. Prevents galling of mating and sliding parts and makes break-in smooth.
