About This Product

■Summary

The MU series of U-shaped proximity sensors achieves a detection distance of 30 mm and offers wiring specifications of wire pull-out type and wire pull-out connector type. This product is for elevator fixed position control. By installing it together with our photoelectric sensor BUP series, you can ensure even stronger safety.

■Features

・Voltageless magnetic detection method ・Two wiring specifications: wiring drawer/wire pullout connector type ・IP67 protection structure (IEC standard)

■Possible to detect elevator position during power outage

ON/OFF output is possible with no-voltage drive, and safe design is possible by detecting the light shielding plate (magnetic material) even during power outages. Unlike photoelectric sensors, it is not affected by ambient light, so it can be applied to special environments such as observation elevators.

■Dualization of wiring specifications for customer convenience

We have a wire pull-out model and a connector compatible model that is compatible with TE Connectivity's 172504-1 product to improve customer convenience.

■Ensuring detection stability and installation convenience

The detection distance of 30 mm reduces the risk of interference with the detected object during operation, and the bottom/rear mounting configuration and light-shielding guide display ensure convenient installation.
