The ``Giganto'' indexable thread cutter series was developed for economical and highly efficient machining of large diameter and deep threads on machining centers. The Gigant series is available in six different insert sizes, each with multiple lengths and types.

■Basic specifications of Gigant series
A throw-away thread cutter that is ideal for machining large diameter threads of M20 or larger. The lineup includes six insert sizes, each of which can be applied to multiple thread pitches, allowing for various diameter and pitch combinations.
■Applicable application
It can be applied not only to general steel, but also to difficult-to-cut materials such as low/high alloy steel with a tensile strength of up to 1400 (N/mm2), stainless steel, castings, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, magnesium alloys, resin materials, and titanium alloys. .
