■Face insert type single point thread cutting cutter ZERK-GF has bodies of 3 different lengths and is compatible with the following thread sizes.
・Female thread with nominal diameter of 12 mm or more
・Male thread with nominal diameter of 6 mm or more
Face inserts are extremely versatile as they are compatible with different thread types, thread diameters and pitches. In addition, it can be applied to almost all work materials, contributing to higher efficiency and cost reduction in female thread machining.
