■What is helium leak test system?
Leak test system suitable for high precision or high pressure leak testing. The helium leak test system is a test system that uses helium gas as the detection gas (tracer gas) to detect leaked helium. This is the leak test method that can detect the smallest leaks among the Fukuda leak testers.
This is a helium leak test system that can handle large workpieces. Chamber size: Maximum φ300 (□300) × 1,200mm.

This device is a helium leak test system that performs low-cost leak tests on parts that require higher sealing properties, such as automobile parts (fuel system parts, hydraulic system parts), car air conditioner parts, air conditioning parts, electronic parts, etc.

・Chamber lid opens and closes by sliding up and down
・Control panel: Touch panel type for easy operation. Manual operation, operation preparation, measurement, setting, error tracking, and operation stop can be performed by touching the panel.
・Leak amount display panel *Displays the helium supply status and also sets conditions for the helium tester.
・Chamber ●Material: 2 types: stainless steel and aluminum (select according to work specifications)
