About This Product
■What is a hydrogen leak detector?
This tester can measure leaks in small areas that cannot be measured with air leak tests, and can also pinpoint leak locations. An industrial mixed gas of 5% hydrogen + 95% nitrogen (non-flammable gas: ISO10156:2017) is used as the tracer gas.
Easy-to-use shape for sniffer measurement. Excellent operability that allows one-handed operation and excellent visibility so you don't miss the measurement status. Quick response due to sensor placement at the tip of the probe. Detection concentration is highly sensitive and can be detected over a wide range from 0.5ppm to 5,000ppm1×10^-6Pa･m3/s (possible/impossible depending on conditions and environment)

■Low concentration hydrogen detection ability and hydrogen leak detector applications
HDA-0100 is a product specialized for detecting minute amounts of hydrogen. Recommended for testing minute hydrogen using a mixed gas of 5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen (non-flammable and safe gas ISO10156:2017). We recommend the sniffer method for this detector as shown below. Easier to handle than conventional products. Capable of detecting trace amounts of hydrogen (gas amount: 1×10-6Pa・m3/s) emitted from the capillary. (However, availability may vary depending on the measurement environment, etc.)
■Compatible with undiluted hydrogen gas
This product can detect hydrogen levels from 0.5 to 5,000 ppm. It can also be used for test objects filled with hydrogen gas, such as gas plants, hydrogen gas generators, and filling equipment. *Not explosion-proof.
