■Fukuda's laminar flow meter
The laminar element has a structure in which capillary tubes are bundled in the cross section of the flow path. When the flow in the conduit of a laminar element is laminar, the pressure loss (⊿P) of the laminar is proportional to the volumetric flow rate (Q). By measuring the differential pressure, you can measure the flow rate with high accuracy.
