About This Product
This is a flow unit for flow measurement that is smaller and lighter by integrating a laminar and differential pressure sensor. By connecting with a display indicator (model: MI-170), you can directly read the flow rate and judge pressure and flow rate. High precision, excellent linearity and good response. A laminar flow meter with low pressure loss and excellent reproducibility. Capable of measuring a wide range of flow rates from 2NmL/min to 500NL/min.

The laminar element has a structure in which capillary tubes are bundled in the cross section of the flow path. When the flow in the conduit of a laminar element is laminar, the pressure loss (AP) of the laminar is proportional to the volumetric flow rate (Q). By measuring the differential pressure, you can measure the flow rate with high accuracy.
■How to use About method Differential Pressure 4P (DifferentialPressureP) The basic circuit for a flow rate leak test using a laminar flow meter is as follows. The product can be used both under atmospheric pressure and under pressure.
・Under atmospheric pressure Measurement at atmospheric pressure on the secondary side (outlet side) of the laminar flow meter
・Measurement when the secondary side (outlet side) of the laminar flow meter is at a pressure other than atmospheric pressure.
