About This Product
FMZ-1063 is a flow tester with a built-in mass flowmeter. High accuracy ±3.5%ofR.D.±1digit (normal flow rate area). Realizes time saving function (scan measurement). FMZ-1063 is an all-in-one flow tester with a compact size and various functions.

■What is a flow tester?
A flow tester is a device that tests the flow rate of air flowing through the flow path of a test object. It is used for ventilation flow rate inspection (inspection of blockages and cracks in the flow path) and for test specimens with large internal volume.
■Function
- Improvements to the tester circuit and test pressure sensor In order to reduce the difference between the displayed pressure and the pressure applied to the test object (pressure loss), a test pressure sensor was installed on the secondary side of the flow element. In addition, an external test pressure sensor (optional model: KMZ-0905) can now be used to monitor and confirm the pressure immediately before the test object.

・Maintenance function In maintenance mode, you can check internal leakage and stability of the pneumatic circuit.
・Group setting function Workpiece changes and setting conditions can be saved in 32 different conditions.
・USB memory/serial communication By using a USB memory, measurement results, judgment results, test pressures, and set values can be saved to the USB memory. You can also save data to a PC, etc. using serial communication.
