WCS-J1 is a two-way conversation system for use at ticket counters, reception desks, etc. It is called a counter intercom, ticket intercom, counter intercom, etc. This type is a window installation type. Unique design provides clear audio and sufficient volume. Designed to prevent howling.
■BCS-J1 (base unit)
BCS-J1 is an operator control unit. Equipped with a microphone ON/OFF switch and volume adjustment for sending/receiving calls, you can perform appropriate operations according to your needs. Operators use a dedicated, lightweight, single-ear headset, allowing them to be hands-free and have both hands free. Since it is a headset, you can make stable calls even while working at the operator's desk.
As an option, a switch can be added to remotely control the ON/OFF of the operator microphone.
■SCS-J1 (Counter unit)
The SCS-J1 is a counter unit (for customers) with an integrated speaker and microphone. It has a clean design and uses a gentle ivory color that does not spoil the appearance. It can be attached directly to a window, securing counter space for visitors, and also preventing things from hitting the microphone and children getting interested and playing pranks on it.
