About This Product
■High-speed pyro sensor
A radiation thermometer that features ultra-fast response. In applications such as laser welding and hardening, the temperature at the processing point is measured quickly and in real time. In addition, processing quality is stabilized by performing feedback control.
There are inexpensive models that measure with one wavelength and high-performance types that measure with two wavelengths. Ideal for welding, hardening, overlaying, and soldering.

■Characteristics of 2-wavelength type
・Measurement possible without knowing the emissivity
- Accurate measurement is possible even if the emissivity changes during the process (changes from solid to liquid state)
・Temperature measurement is possible even in a small area (10% of the pyro sensor spot area)
・Accurate measurement is possible even if there is dirty protective glass or fumes.
