■What is the latest nano periodic structure processing technology DLIP?

The coherent beam that enters this processing head is split into two or more beams, which are irradiated onto the workpiece at an angle set inside the processing head. The separated beams generate an interference pattern on the workpiece, which directly processes the workpiece to form a periodic structure. The size of the fine periodic structure varies depending on the wavelength and energy of the laser used, the irradiation angle, the properties of the workpiece, etc., so it can be processed according to the application. Direct laser interference patterning is different from laser-induced nanoperiodic structure processing using femtosecond lasers, and is extremely fast because it can process large areas. Additionally, this processing can be performed using a nanosecond laser, making it possible to reduce the overall cost of the equipment. It is possible to process a variety of workpieces.
