■What you can do with dynamic fiber lasers

・Infinite beam shaping By combining multiple phase-controlled laser beams, various beam patterns are generated. Field mappers and DoEs generally require one beam profile for one optical element, but CBC does not have this restriction. It is possible to generate an unlimited number of profiles. ・Ultra high-speed scanning Dynamic fiber lasers allow a focused beam to be manipulated at extremely high speeds. This makes it possible to create a pseudo-simultaneous state in which beams exist at multiple points at the same time. The infinite beam shaping described above is created in this way. This is ultra-high speed wobbling, which is in a different dimension from previous speeds. ・Ultra-fast dynamic focus Dynamic focus refers to moving the focus position along the optical axis. Normally, in laser cutting, after piercing, cutting is performed while keeping the focus position constant. Using the ultra-high-speed dynamic focus function, you can cut while moving the focus position up and down. ・Dynamic beam shaping Dynamic fiber lasers can dynamically change the beam profile. Beam shapers such as field mappers and DoEs can perform static beam shaping, but cannot dynamically change the beam profile. In addition, lasers such as multi-core fibers can dynamically change the profile, but dynamic fiber lasers are superior in terms of speed and degree of freedom. With dynamic fiber lasers, it is possible to easily change the profile even for complex shapes.
