About This Product
We manufacture lens arrays using a special method using lasers. By using a laser, you can freely draw the lens array, converting any incident beam into the desired shape.
In addition to top hat beams and donut beams, we can handle all shapes, including ring beams that are ideal for cutting thick plates, and rectangular top hat beams that are ideal for brazing. Unlike DoE, it is a refractive optical system, so it has low loss and is ideal for use with high-power lasers and ultra-short pulse lasers.

In addition to top hats and donuts, it can generate various beams such as ring beams, rectangular beams, and multi-spot beams.
■Low loss
Since it is a reflective optical component, there is little loss of laser power.
■High output compatible
Models that support several kW of laser output are also available.

The lens array is produced on a single substrate, making it extremely compact and easy to integrate.

Converts only the beam intensity distribution without destroying the wavefront.
