About This Product

■Three recommended usage scenarios

Zoom Rooms can be used not only for meetings, but also for a wide range of purposes, including constant connectivity and online customer service.

■Always connected to increase internal engagement

Always-on connection that keeps the bases connected. You can create an environment where you feel like you are working in the same place even if you are located far away. Increasingly, it is being introduced to improve productivity and internal engagement. We recommend the DTEN D7X, which is an all-in-one type that can be moved with casters, and the DTEN Bar, which allows you to choose a monitor.

■Online customer service to resolve labor shortages

Online customer service and unmanned reception are attracting attention as a countermeasure to the labor shortage, which is an issue affecting Japan as a whole. Customers visiting the store or reception can connect with the operator via Zoom with a single touch.
