About This Product

This is a device that continuously flips magnetic workpieces (cans, pressed products, etc.) by 90° or 180°. Used when transporting products by twisting the direction of the workpiece or reversing it during transport.

■Reversing without the need for guide rails

Since it is attracted by magnets and reversed, many types of workpieces can be reversed and conveyed without using guide rails, etc. Compared to the conventional method using a chute and guide rail, this method has the advantages of reducing scratches and noise, and eliminating the need to change the guide rail according to the workpiece.

■Contributes to simplifying maintenance

The permanent magnet rail used has strong magnetic force, so there is no need to worry about demagnetization. Additionally, the structure allows for easy conveyor belt replacement, which helps simplify maintenance.

■Inverter standard equipment

Equipped with an inverter as standard, the transport speed can be set freely. Inverter-less models are also available, so please contact us.
