About This Product
■A completely new type of high-speed destacking
This is a completely new type of high-speed de-stacking feeder that eliminates the vacuum cup. We have developed a high-speed transfer destack feeder that can take full advantage of the transfer press's capabilities.
■A groundbreaking structure
During development, we focused on the time consumption of the vacuum device, which was a bottleneck in the cycle time of conventional de-stacking feeders, and created an innovative structure that eliminates the vacuum device itself.
■Solved by swinging magnetic belt feeder
The oscillating magnetic belt feeder functions as a conventional vacuum cup, reducing the time required for the vacuum lifter to move up and down.
■DB measures tailored to the work
DB (Double Blank) measures are also taken, and the blank material suction part is an electromagnetic magnet rail, and by setting the magnetic force according to the thickness of the sheet material, it is possible to attract and transport one sheet at a time.
■Improved work environment
The absence of a vacuum cup helps improve the working environment by reducing exhaust noise.
