About This Product
■Adsorption conveyance with blower
We have developed a magnetic belt feeder that can transport ferrous and non-ferrous materials by combining suction transport using a magnet and suction transport using air suction using a blower. (Patented)
■Hybrid method of adsorption
When transporting non-magnetic materials (aluminum, stainless steel, etc.), air suction is performed through holes in the transport conveyor belt, which has special holes drilled in the magnet rail that also serves as an air chamber, to transport non-magnetic sheets. It is transported by suction. When transporting magnetic materials (ferrous materials), magnets are used to transport them.
■Energy saving compatible
When conveying the magnetic material sheet, the magnetic sheet is attracted and conveyed using a magnet, so running costs can be kept low by not having to operate a blower.
