■Features
-Fluid containing iron powder enters the inlet of the MicroMag and is dispersed by the unique tapered radial fluid path.
・These fluid channels slow down the speed of the fluid. The fluid flows outside the neodymium magnet core. Particles accumulate here and provide excellent filtration effectiveness.
・Furthermore, when particles adhere, the shape of the magnetic flux path controls the accumulation of iron particles.
・This magnetic flux circuit will never block filtration because the fluid flows through the empty flow path regardless of iron powder accumulation.
・The filtered flow path enters from the return port of the magnetic core and goes up the center and exits from the outlet.
