About This Product

■For applications where all vibrations are a concern

Seismion's active vibration isolation tables are designed with highly sensitive piezo sensors, non-contact voice coil actuators, and noise- and distortion-free analog control circuitry, with robust electrical feedback control to specifically resist low-frequency vibrations. It exhibits excellent performance against vibrations and handles disturbances and vibrations without interrupting or stopping vibration isolation. All 6DOF motions are controlled by eight sensors and a pair of manufacturer-specific actuators. This active vibration isolation table is ideal for applications where various disturbances and vibrations are a problem, such as semiconductor manufacturing, microscopes, interferometers, 3-D printing, various other measurement applications, and laboratory experiments. Features

A cost-effective active vibration isolation table with an extremely flat design, easy operation, and a variety of sizes. The optimal price range for switching from an air spring type vibration isolation table. M6 thread option available.

■Amazing isolation performance

A typical air spring type vibration isolation table generates a 2Hz resonance, which increases the vibration by +10dB due to the shaking of the building or vibrations caused by people walking. Reactio is -10dB around 2Hz and maximum -25dB at 5Hz.
