About This Product

■Actuator with nanometer precision

Precibeo's piezo actuator can drive a 9mm stroke with nanometer precision. There is also a closed-loop model with a built-in encoder, and its resolution is 2nm. By selecting an actuator with either a clamp or an M10 thread and using a dedicated controller, it can also be used as a multi-axis system. Features

■Uses a small, high-thrust piezo motor

The actuator uses a friction-based piezo motor and can be used without backlash. The vertical holding force is up to 500g, which is high despite its small size.

■Minimum step of 2nm

Built-in optical encoder allows operation in 2nm increments. Self-locking system maintains position even when power is turned off.

■3-axis controller

A compact 3-axis closed loop controller. Easy to configure and operate from Windows 10 via USB connection. The two included programs support ASCII command control and joystick control.

■Easy operation with joystick

You can easily operate 3 axes by connecting to a computer. Since the position can be memorized, you can move it to the desired location at any time.

■Two types of controllers available

We offer 3-axis controllers and OEM controller boards. The two included programs can be easily configured and operated from Windows 10.
