Compatible with film sizes from 20 inches to 75 inches. In-line measurements for web widths up to 3,000mm or even larger are also available on request.

The AxoScan system is designed for use in any environment, from desktop applications in laboratories to stretched retarder film production line applications.

・Easy alignment: Measurement is not affected by slight misalignment or vibration.

■FAA-3-xxx-IL system
Traverse system with three AxoScan heads mounted at specified angles. This is the only measurement system that can directly measure biaxial optical compensation films (R0, Rth, β) laminated to polarizing films. Depending on the film width, we can customize the width from about 1m to 3m or more.
■AFM-xxx-H system
A mapping system that allows you to freely measure large samples. It is a fully automatic system that can map the entire surface of the film, including a rotation and tilt function. There is a system that can accommodate 20 inches to 85 inches, 2,000mm x 500mm. Custom sizes are negotiable.
■FAF-1-xxx system
A system with one AxoScan head mounted on an XY stage that matches the sample size. In this system, the measurement head is fixed directly above the sample and only XY mapping is performed.
