About This Product

■Summary

Econannen® tube is an unprecedented low hardness elastomer tube that is environmentally friendly and is equivalent to V-0 in the UL combustion test, which is the international standard for flame retardancy. Until now, the flame retardancy of thermoplastic elastomers has mainly been those with a hardness of 80° or higher, and in order to achieve flame retardancy level V-0, the material itself was hard and brittle, making it unsuitable for molding. . Econannen® tubes solve these problems and have excellent flexibility, and use mineral oil as a plasticizer. However, we have selected an appropriate mineral oil to avoid excessive softening and hardening, and the product is By optimizing the compounding ratio to maintain quality, there are no problems with tube thinning or hardening. It is ideal as a tube for electronic products and automobile products, where environmental measures and flame retardant standards have become stricter in recent years. It also complies with the vehicle material combustion test, which is a flame retardant standard for railway vehicles, so it can be used as tubes for railway vehicles. We have a lineup of standard sizes, but we also accept custom orders. Features
