About This Product

■Summary

"Funkl" is a special resin extrusion product with a very low glass transition point. It is a highly temperature-dependent product with a low glass transition point of 40°C, and the resin softens at around 40°C, allowing it to be processed into any shape. If you cool it with water, etc., it will solidify and maintain its shape. (*It becomes brittle at temperatures below 0℃.) It has a light specific gravity of 0.84, and is olefin-based resin, so it is resistant to acids and alkalis. Additionally, it has FDA certification (FCN only) and can be used for food applications. Features

■Temperature dependence

It deforms at around 40℃ and solidifies when cooled with water, etc.

■Kink property

Shows excellent kink performance.

■Chemical resistance

Resistant to acids, alkalis, and alcohol.

■Safety

It is FDA certified (FCN only) and can be used for food applications.
