About This Product

This is a cutting plotter for fabs that is essential for full-size work. By using the sprocket method, long data can be output with confidence. A simple and easy-to-use plotter with improved basic performance using a unique, highly compatible multi-axis control unit.

■Sprocket system with high force accuracy・Since there is no slippage, even long data can be output with confidence.
- Equipped with accuracy correction that can calibrate film elongation due to temperature.
・The drawing width is 900mm, the largest in its class, and various settings are possible. The maximum drawing area is 900mm wide x 25m long. Film waste is minimal.

■Sprocket compatible film.・Misuzu Printing Paper Co., Ltd. (mSF Y type)
・Thickness 0.08mm, 50m roll. (2 inch paper tube)

■Twin head specification of 1 pen + cutter.Attach the ballpoint pen and cutter directly. Simple, durable and safe. Cut lines are automatically converted to stitches.

Color-coded drawings can be made in up to 3 colors by manually replacing the pens. Replace the pen according to the messages in the included software. When all the pens are finished, the cutting is done.

■Uses a commercially available ballpoint pen with excellent cost performance.Running costs are reduced by using commercially available ballpoint pen refills. You can choose from four line widths: 0.38, 0.5, 0.7, and 10mm, and three colors: black, red, and blue.

The transparent body allows you to see the amount of ink remaining at a glance, and you can change the pen by pausing during drawing. You can prevent problems caused by running out of ink.

■Various settings are possible with the included software "TRC-02". (Supported data is HP-GL, DXF (R12 and earlier)・Film remaining amount (displays the remaining amount of the set film)
・Y-axis data division (various settings such as match marks, center lines, margins, and wraps are possible)
・Pause (you can also change the pen during drawing)
・Manual/automatic switching (if set to automatic, it works just by sending data)
- Return to origin function (can return to the first origin of the previous data)
・Manual feed function (allows you to set the remaining film after removing the paper core)
