About This Product

CVD diamond is a diamond synthesized by chemical vapor phase synthesis, and its manufacturing methods are mainly divided into hot filament (thermal excitation) and plasma (discharge excitation) methods. Because it is a 100% carbon diamond that does not use a binder, it has the high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, electrical insulation, and high thermal conductivity that diamonds have, and because it is polycrystalline, consider the crystal orientation when using it. There's no need to. It can be used for dressers, wire drawing dies, cutting tools, heat sinks, optical lenses, and laser windows.
