Honeywell HF511 is a compact 2D imager module with a powerful decoding core. Improved scanning performance for all 1D, 2D and PDF barcodes, whether you read them from a mobile phone screen or on paper. Designed for OEM integration, the imager module's all-in-one, easy-to-mount form factor facilitates integration into your fixed-mount enclosure.
HF511 helps speed product design and reduce total product cost. Easy to Integrate The HF511 is designed with a minimal housing to incorporate the illumination necessary for optimal scanning of barcodes on labels and screens. Standard interface connector allows you to choose between USB or serial interface. The compact housing, measuring just 41.1mm x 41.7mm x 32.5mm [1.64in x 1.64in x 1.28in], has four pre-drilled mounting holes. As a result, this product is a suitable solution for a variety of barcode reading applications.
Optimized performance HF511 is designed with wide viewing angle and shallow reading depth to ensure close screen barcode reading performance. It also operates with white LED (light emitting diode) lighting to improve label barcode reading performance in low light environments. Features The ability to read 1D and 2D barcodes on mobile phone screens and paper increases application flexibility. Its small footprint makes it easy to integrate into a variety of kiosk devices. Wide viewing angle allows full scanning at a wider angle without intentionally aligning the read. Flexible enclosure options support USB and TTL-232 interfaces to meet different customer needs.
