■Product overview
The model VM120 Vibrometer is a battery-powered, portable instrument designed to work with any MA Series accelerometer and can be used for vibration measurements. This meter can be used to measure RMS and peak acceleration, velocity, and displacement. Equipped with a switch for high frequency filtering. DC and AC outputs via D-type sockets can be used for logging or detailed signal analysis.
Model VM120 measures peak-to-peak values. In other words, for a sine wave, the VM120 value will be twice the size even though it measures the same signal. For non-sinusoidal vibrations, the difference may be more obvious.
