■Model 434

Wing Union Pressure Transducer Standard Aperture, 0psi to 20,000psi, Full Scale Accuracy ±0.2%

■Product overview

Model 434/435/437 wing union/hammer union pressure sensors are designed for highly technical oil and gas applications as well as stimulation/circulation equipment. All-welded stainless steel assembly with sensor diaphragm and wing union fittings as a single part provides a sealed complete product, reducing the risk of media leakage compared to multi-part products I will. An isolated pressure diaphragm minimizes zero point movement during hammer-up and eliminates long-term signal drift in the field. Weco® 1502, 2002, 2202 wing union compatible fittings are made based on Inconel® X-750 or NACE compatible Inconel® 718 and allow the use of highly abrasive and corrosive media. Honeywell's proprietary stainless steel electrical connections help enhance secondary pressure suppression. It is assembled through a special process that allows it to withstand strong shocks and vibrations, ensuring more reliable performance in the field. Value for customers

■Durability

Weco® wing union compatible fittings are machined from Inconel® X-750 or optional NACE-compliant Inconel® 718, allowing use with abrasive and corrosive media. A protective cage option provides electrical connection protection.

■Reliability

All-welded, stainless steel assembly, shock/vibration rating, and isolated pressure-sensing diaphragm improve reliability.

■Accuracy

The high accuracy option provides reliable pressure readings, especially when pressure changes are small, allowing you to adjust drilling operations as needed.
