■Product overview

Honeywell's Model 435/437 Wing Union/Hammer Union Pressure Sensors have a robust design that can be used with Weco® 1502 fittings for offshore and onshore oil and gas applications. With two accuracy levels (±0.1 %FSS BFSL or ±0.2 %FSS BFSL), Models 435/437 are commonly used in demanding applications such as well stimulation, circulation systems, etc. The high accuracy option with ±0.1% full scale (only available on Model 435) provides reliable pressure readings, especially with small pressure changes, allowing you to adjust drilling operations as needed. Masu. Models 435/437 are all-welded, stainless steel assemblies with integrally machined sensor diaphragms and wing union fittings. This one-piece construction provides a high seal, reducing the possibility of media leakage and increasing reliability compared to multi-part components. An isolated pressure diaphragm minimizes zero point movement during hammer-up and eliminates long-term signal drift in the field. Weco 1502 (50,8mm [2 inch]) wing union compatible fittings are machined from Inconel® The connection improves storage of secondary pressure. Value for customers

Weco® wing union compatible fittings are machined from Inconel® X-750 or optional NACE-compliant Inconel® 718, allowing use with abrasive and corrosive media. A protective cage option provides electrical connection protection.

■Reliability

All-welded, stainless steel assembly, shock/vibration rating, and isolated pressure-sensing diaphragm improve reliability.

■Accuracy

The high accuracy option provides reliable pressure readings, especially when pressure changes are small, allowing you to adjust drilling operations as needed.
