About This Product

■SummaryUnlike conventional crushers (hammer mill type = crusher), the rice husks are forcibly compressed and pressurized to a high temperature, and by adding water, the tissue is broken down, resulting in a soft, bran-like finish.

Since it is a W (double) screw type, the rice husks are compressed and pressurized, and the wear burden on the screws and internal case is extremely low, resulting in excellent durability.

Features
■Low electricity costs...low running costsConventional crushers consume a lot of power compared to the amount of rice husk that can be crushed, and the cost of crushing is high. Since it is a double screw type, there is less load on the machine and the power consumption is significantly lower than other products (for example, the motor requires 22kW instead of 37kW in other products).

■Very durableThe double press type uses friction tearing, compression, and pressure between rice husks, which puts less strain on the machine, and it also uses special steel parts, so it has excellent durability.

■Maintenance of consumables is cheap and easy...Low running costsThe consumables (pulverizing part) of the double press have a structure that allows pinpoint repair of worn parts by overlay welding.

■Production (rice husk processing) capacity is large...initial cost is lowDouble presses have a production capacity of up to 1,250 kg/h depending on the model. Even in large-scale facilities where two conventional crushers would be required, only one crusher can be installed, resulting in lower initial costs.

■Hydrization can be adjusted (can be stored for a long time)The double press has strong heat resistance, so it can produce swollen rice husks even with less water for machine protection. If you need to store it for a long time (it won't mold like other products) or if you need to increase the effectiveness of the water conditioner, add less water.

When using compost as raw material, only the double press allows you to increase the amount of water added by operating the valve.
