About This Product

■Measurement method

The robot hand incorporates a linear scale manufactured by Magnescale. By directly measuring the workpiece with a minimum resolution of 0.5μm, highly accurate measurement is possible.

■Measuring hand

The measurement position can be programmed at multiple points for each workpiece (various diameters can be measured if the difference in diameter is within 15mm). Matsumoto Machine's strength is that it can handle up to the point where data enters the OFFSET of the NC device. Measurement data output function to EXCEL is also available as an option. Calibration function (zero correction function) eliminates the need for master work. The claw itself has a calibration function, and the calibration position and measurement position are placed as close as possible, making it less susceptible to dimensional changes due to temperature changes.

■Transfer measurement hand

One claw is used to transfer and measure the workpiece. Grasping force during transfer and grasping force during measurement are automatically switched.

■Advantages of multi-point measurement

Conventional sizing devices are expensive, so they measure one point and use that value to estimate and correct the diameter of other points. However, if the processing conditions were different, the estimated values ​​might not match due to the effects of heat generation. Multi-point measurement allows correction using directly measured values ​​instead of estimation.
