■ Precision processing machine request for LED lighting equipment
LED lighting equipment is almost used for machine tool lighting devices. Recently, the LED light source is reflected on the processing surface from a major machine tool manufacturer and a machine tool, and it becomes a multiple shadow line. It was pointed out that the problem of LED lighting that the processing surface was difficult to see.
We received many requests to see if this problem could be solved. Therefore, while maintaining the size of the conventional LED device, we have developed a next -generation LED lighting device that eliminates and suppresses multi -shadows, achieved high illuminance and wide angle.
■ What is multiple shadows and why is it a problem?
In the processing of machine tools, especially lathes, and milling, subtle chatter vibration may occur when cutting cylindrical processing. Such a chattering state was visible in the conventional fluorescent lamp, but in the LED lighting equipment, a light and dark streak (multi -shadow) appears on the processing surface as shown in Fig. 1. It was difficult to judge the subtle cutting status of the processing surface from the workers on the site, and there were many requests that could not be managed.
■ Light sources suppression / new LED lighting device development
・ MCS has been pointed out by this multi -shadow (light and dark), recognizes the importance of the issues, examines measures to suppress multi -shadow, and has been developing.
・ This time, using the LED lens developed by the MCS, it suppresses multiple shadows (applying for a patent), keeping the conventional equipment size and power consumption, and the LED lighting for machine tools, which is higher than the top models of other companies. We have developed equipment.
■ Characteristics
・ Under the optimal use conditions for suppressing light and dark, multiple shadows are prevented.
・ The highest illuminance was larger than the company LP-488, the half price was about twice, and the illuminance was higher than the general same class price range of the other companies.
