About This Product

LED lighting equipment is almost used for machine tool lighting devices. Recently, LED lighting -specific problems have been pointed out by major machine tool manufacturers and users using machine tools, and the LED light source is reflected on the processing surface, making it difficult to see the processing surface. Therefore, while maintaining the size of the conventional LED device, we received many requests to make an LED lighting device that solved this problem. In this phenomenon, an LED light source is reflected on the lathe and the crafted surface of the milling, and the light and dark streak for the number of LEDs can be seen. It was said to be a multi -shadow, and it was pointed out by the worker on the site that it was hidden in the shadow line and it was difficult to see the minor processing state caused by chattering * *. The MCS has developed LPW-488 as a next-generation LED lighting device that suppresses multi-shadows and has achieved high illuminance and wide angle that exceeds our company. This LPWL-488MB has commercialized a low-cost version of LEDs of LPW-488 and reduced lenses. The illuminance is almost the same as the LPW-488. The half price is slightly smaller than the LPW-488, but the suppression function of the multi-shadow is not as much as the LPW-488 (suppression effect enhanced product), but the multi-shadow line is suppressed (multi-shadow line is suppressed (). ■ Lens long back connector type (LPWL -488MB)
